Impact Highlights: Patient reviews of our consumer app averaged 4.8 stars across 24,000+ iOS & Android reviews. We scaled from one patient per day with our clinical trial in 2017 to over 1 million patients through 150 mid to enterprise sized clients by 2019.

Established a Member & Clinician focused function to meet the demand of our B2C / B2E model, scaling the org to two Director-led teams.

Impact Highlights: Reimagined the Datek Online & Ameritrade platforms into Apex, which propelled Ameritrade to 2nd place (from 13th) in Barron’s 2005 Online Brokerage Review.

Oversaw a two-fold innovation program that included dozens of staff and executives—a workshopping process where participants learned client-centered design methods to apply to the Apex initiative.

Innovated SnapTicket—a detachable browser-based trading ticket that enabled research across the web while providing quick trading functionality and asynchronous updates to market quotes.

Impact Highlights: 4.6 stars from 9,000+ iOS & Android reviews of Medbridge GO! Enterprise sales of NPS platform closed on 100% of pre-development enterprise commitments.

Led the product design horizontally across multiple business verticals: Patient Engagement, Patient Retention & Marketing, Practice Management, and Education & Training.

Design directed the patient-facing exercise app (GO!) for both Android and iOS while co-designing the NPS insight visualization platform for enterprise clinic operations and management teams.
