Client-Centered Design That Led to a Merger
I knocked on the doors of Wall Street after the dotcom crash, and Datek answered. Dan Saffer and I were the only two interaction designers at the firm, and then we were bought. From designing streaming applications under the innovative flare of Peter Stern, I shifted to scale the first UX Design team at Ameritrade and reimagined two trading platforms into one.
Converting Bounces Into Revenue
Products won’t generate revenue if potential customers aren’t converting into actual customers, let alone finding the information they need in their purchase cycle.
